Peptide Manufacturing for B2B Partners

ShiLai™ Healthcare operates as a manufacturing-focused peptide supplier for qualified B2B partners including distributors, OEM brands and research-supply organizations. Our production infrastructure supports both established peptide molecules and next-generation compounds, with in-house analytical capability covering HPLC, LC-MS and endotoxin testing at every batch.

We do not sell to individual consumers. All product inquiries are handled on a B2B basis, with project requirements, target markets and specifications reviewed before supply arrangements are confirmed.

Single-Chamber & Dual-Chamber Peptide Platforms

Our peptide portfolio is delivered through two core cartridge platforms. The single-chamber pre-filled cartridge system provides a ready-filled format for streamlined B2B product integration. The dual-chamber cartridge platform separates components within one cartridge system until activation, supporting selected formulation requirements where component separation is relevant.

Both platforms are designed for integration with standard injection pen devices and can be supplied with complete ShiLai™ branded or OEM/private-label packaging for qualified partners.

OEM & Private Label Peptide Products

Qualified B2B partners can develop OEM or private-label peptide products using ShiLai™ manufacturing infrastructure. OEM projects typically involve product specification review, delivery-system selection, packaging design and regulatory documentation support. Private-label options allow partners to present products under their own brand identity.

Packaging configurations for OEM projects may include the cartridge system, injection pen or device, product label, inner tray, branded outer carton and product insert. Custom branding elements are coordinated directly with the partner.

Custom Peptide Development

Where a required peptide, specification or cartridge configuration is not available within the standard portfolio, ShiLai™ can discuss custom development options with qualified partners. Custom development may cover novel peptide sequences, non-standard concentrations, custom blend formulations or specific delivery-system configurations.

Custom development projects are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Partners are encouraged to provide the peptide name or sequence, target specification, intended market and estimated volume requirements when making initial contact.

Analytical Testing & Quality Control

Every peptide batch produced by ShiLai™ Healthcare is subject to in-house analytical testing before release. Standard testing includes HPLC purity analysis, LC-MS molecular weight confirmation and endotoxin testing. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with each batch, documenting test results against specification.

Our in-house laboratory capability means testing is conducted under the same quality management framework as production, rather than outsourced to a third-party laboratory with separate documentation chains.
