LC-MS Identity Confirmation
Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) confirms peptide identity by measuring molecular mass. The measured mass is compared to the theoretical mass of the target peptide. LC-MS identity is reported on every Certificate of Analysis.
Quantitative Assay
Quantitative assay measures the actual peptide content of the batch. This confirms that the stated concentration is accurate and consistent with the product specification.
