Batch Release Criteria
A ShiLai™ Healthcare peptide batch is released for shipment only when all of the following criteria are met:
RP-HPLC purity ≥98%
The batch purity by reversed-phase HPLC must meet or exceed the specification of ≥98%.
LC-MS identity confirmed
The observed molecular mass from LC-MS analysis must match the theoretical molecular mass of the target peptide.
Visual inspection passed
The batch must pass visual inspection for appearance, colour, and absence of visible particulates.
Batch documentation complete
All batch manufacturing records and analytical data must be complete and reviewed before release.
