About Lyophilized Peptide Vials
Lyophilization (freeze-drying) removes water from a peptide solution under vacuum, producing a stable, porous powder that retains the peptide's molecular structure. The lyophilized powder is sealed in a glass vial under nitrogen and reconstituted with a diluent at the point of use.
Lyophilized vials are the preferred format for peptides with stability challenges, long supply chains, or markets with limited cold-chain infrastructure. Every vial is analytically tested before release.
