Hiring: Senior Formulation Scientist (Biotech / Peptide Systems)
ShiLai™ Healthcare is expanding its R&D and formulation capabilities in advanced peptide systems and next-generation delivery technologies, including injectable, nasal spray, and controlled-release platforms.
We are currently seeking a Senior Formulation Scientist (Biotech / Peptide Systems) to join our international research and development team.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced scientist with strong expertise in peptide formulation, drug delivery systems, and biologics development.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, optimization, and scale-up of advanced peptide-based formulations, including Retatrutide, NAD⁺, GHK-Cu, MOTS-c, and custom peptide blends.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize peptide formulations (injectable, nasal spray, and other delivery systems)
Work on stability improvement, solubility enhancement, and controlled-release technologies
Support scale-up from lab formulation to production level
Collaborate with manufacturing and QA teams on process optimization
Evaluate excipients, carriers, and delivery platforms for peptide systems
Participate in R&D of next-generation peptide-based wellness and research products
Requirements
Master’s degree or PhD in Pharmaceutics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation or biologics development
Strong experience in peptide or protein-based formulation systems
Familiarity with lyophilized products, injectable systems, or nasal delivery technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and experimental design skills
International experience or cross-border R&D collaboration is a plus
