The first distributor to sell our products in a particular region will be granted exclusive rights to sell in that region. We will maintain this exclusivity for the distributor, ensuring no other distributors are authorized to sell our products in the same territory.

We will regularly send new product releases, market trends, and promotional updates to distributors via email or a dedicated platform, ensuring that your business stays aligned with market developments

Distributors will receive priority shipping for all orders, especially large or urgent orders. This service applies to all distributors, regardless of their location.

To ensure timely shipping, distributors should maintain a minimum order quantity and maintain a positive business relationship.

If a distributor or customer requires urgent shipping, we will prioritize these orders, especially in emergency situations, to ensure the fastest delivery times possible.

All urgent orders should be marked as such when submitted, and we will process them as a priority based on availability.
