Filling Services Overview
Sterile filling is the process of transferring a peptide solution or lyophilized powder into its final primary container (pen, vial, or cartridge) under aseptic conditions that prevent microbial contamination. Fill-finish is the final manufacturing step before packaging and release.
Filling Formats
Pre-filled pen filling
Aseptic filling of injection pen barrels with peptide solution. Sealed and labelled for direct distribution.
Vial filling & lyophilization
Peptide solution filled into glass vials, lyophilized, and sealed under nitrogen. Full batch documentation included.
Dual-chamber cartridge filling
Separate filling of lyophilized peptide chamber and diluent chamber. Assembled into dual-chamber cartridge pen system.
